This guide will show you how to manage forms in the parent portal.
Forms are created by your school and made available in the parent portal, they could be forms that have been sent to you to complete, for example a medical form. Or generic forms available at any time, for example a change of student details form.
Detailed steps
1. Log into the parent portal – https://portal.schoolbytes.education/auth/login
2. Select the forms tab.
3. Select a form from the pending action or school forms list.
4. Enter the details in the form.
5. Select submit.
The sent form will now be available in your form responses.
6. In the responses panel, select view on the required form to view a copy of your form response.
